I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I recently had with your Rewards Center and customer service team.
I have been a loyal member and regularly visit your casino, but my latest visit left me feeling undervalued and frustrated.
On [date of visit], I rode the bus to your casino and, upon arrival, realized that I had forgotten both my drivers license and my rewards card. I approached one of the gentlemen who greeted the bus group and explained my situation. He suggested I visit the Rewards Center to see if they could assist me with retrieving or issuing a temporary rewards card.
When I spoke to the representative at the Rewards Center and explained my issue, I was surprised at how dismissive the response was. I mentioned that I had the Graton Casino app, which contains my profile information and could serve as validation.
I even showed my DMV app, which verifies my drivers license is valid, but they insisted that I needed a physical ID. While I understand the importance of adhering to casino policy, I was more concerned by the lack of effort to find a solution.
Two agents at the Rewards Center even mentioned that without a valid ID, there was nothing they could do and didnt bother to check with a manager or escalate my issue. It was clear to me that they did not prioritize customer satisfaction, nor did they seem concerned about finding a resolution. Their demeanor, including the lack of a smile or willingness to engage, only worsened the situation.
As someone who has worked in customer service, I know how crucial it is to treat customers with respect and to go the extra mile to resolve issues, no matter how small they may seem.
This type of experience can greatly impact the reputation of your business, and unfortunately, it left me feeling like I am not a valued member of Graton Casino.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider retraining your staff on how to handle customer concerns more effectively.
Small issues like this can leave lasting negative impressions, and it is important that customers feel valued, especially when they encounter problems by accident.

Collecting money for their new construction project.
Nobody in that casino is winning anything. No jackpots, horrible bonuses, everybody's frowning and miserable.
Wose than the normal terrible payouts. I finally realized what's going on. They're building a huge new structure next to the casino and all of us suckers are paying for it... totally illegal what they're doing...
they've tightened the machines, which they are NOT allowed to do...
NEVER going back there again! Will be filing a lawsuit against them and filing a complaint with the state attorney general...!!!

Dealers are bad - Poker
Cant stand the poker room. Each dealer has different rules.
Recently got yelled at from a dealer in front of everyone thinking he is the boss. Doesnt give warnings and yells; but most of all not professional at all.
Had 2 bad times going to the poker room, not giving another chance for 3. Skip this casino and go elsewhere unless you dont mind getting treated with disrespect.

Just crickets. The Casino is the worst for any kind of wins. I have walked around and actually asked people if they have ever won and their answer is no.

i was in the casino with a friend. we were playing on some slot machines when my friend noticed a bag sitting by one of the machines.
so she picked it up with the intentions of bringing it to the lost and found. i had walked away already. she proceded to follow me. security stopped her.
i dont know what was said cause i already walked away. but sshe gave the bag to security. 20 minutes later 6 security officers came up to the both of us and 86ed us. they were very rude and didnt even give us a chance to explain her self.
i didnt do anything! ive tryed to contact them over and over and over just to get the run around. i like gambling and i cant.
i have spent alot of money in there casino. i just want to be able to go in there and spend more money.

This casino profiles and discriminates
Last month I won around $12,000 in a jackpot everybody was friendly and nice and wonderful two nights ago I went and I was told I had to leave because I look like a gang member and my friend also looked like a gang member because of four dots on his knuckles I have three dots on around my eye well I'm a female he's a male if we come from different gangs back when we were juveniles why would we be hanging out if we've still practiced it we don't dress like gang members we don't certainly don't act like gang members and we were escorted to the door and they the security was rude and mean and told us we could not come back so if I was you watch what you wear watch what you look like and beware.

I was In the non smoking room trying to play my game I put the money in but It wouldn't work and the gentleman that finally came over to help me was so rude he threatened to call the security on me and was telling me to Stop yelling at him I wasn't nobody was yelling at him he was just being a jerk

So, this morning my great niece & her boyfriend were trying to get a break from their 24 hr care of her very disabled son. Security then began to harass her boyfriend, mind you after they had already provided ID's proving their ages (TO SECURITY), & also already putting their money in machines & saying he was trespassing.
He has 4 dots on his hand from when he was a teenager. So, I took that as now they are racial profiling, but it gets worse, the security guard Anthony proceeded to yell profanities at my great niece while she was on the phone with her mother. Very unprofessional.
After going down there with my Niece to follow up with management. I was very turned off by their lack of caring & they said they would talk to him.
Which honestly, did not seem sincere. I'm pretty sure Greg Sarris of all people should understand that kids make mistakes & change.
When someone is clearly minding their own business & not bothering anybody & after already being ID'd to get in again by SECURITY. This should never have happened!

I signed a self exclusion on December 7th 2021. Two months later after signing an excIusion form I started going back to Graton and continued to gambling like I ordinarily do using there ATM ect.
I never disguised myself or anything I waited thru line just like everyone else. I always used there main entry at the casino. They always had 2 security guys outside directing people into the casino and a minimum of 4 security guys immediately as you enter the doors walking inside. I would pull my mask down for the security camera to see me just like I am suppose to.
There was no decieving of anyone to get in as Graton claims I was being. I mean how could I we are living in a world of proper covid-19 protocol every where you go now these days. If anyone should be asking you to expose your identity by removing your mask it should be your local banks. There was day that I entered the casino and the guy that instructs you to pull your mask down for the camera was the one who did my self exclusion paperwork.
He did a double take as he gestured me to continue thru but that was it. Last August I hit a jack pot for over $11,000. I didn't know what to do so I ask a gentleman next to me to sit in my place to help collect the jackpot. I know it wasn't right to do that but it's been hard times I could really use the money.
It obviously didn't work so they basically had me escorted from the casino. I haven't been back since. I tried fighting it by following what Graton wanted me to do with explaining myself back and forth with priority sent mail but no luck they are sticking too there decision. What really *** me off is that I basically ruined my credit using cash advances ect years ago just to go and play.
I've earned that Jack pot regardless of Gratons rules or regulations on exclusion. They also claim I was being decieving by not using my player's card which would of automatically red flagged there system that someone wasn't supposed to be there. I stopped using a players card years ago. I think it's my decision to use it or not.
They cash out my $86 that was left in the machine after hitting a payout. I've never been back. If you could please help with this I would appreciate it greatly. I don't even care to being able to go back into there casino.
I just want what I rightfully won. I mean how convenient for Graton not only to be already taking my losses but my winnings too.

We were playing the monopoly and betting the max which is $6 . We been there for like an hour .
Everything looks fine while we spinning and then we suddenly got the bonus reel. The arrow landed to the major ! And the amount of it is $552000!And call attendant on the screen . So I press the service but nobody show up n 15 minutes.
And then when I was waiting suddenly it spin again and went to minor which is $200. So wheres the major???!!! I did not touch the screen and I let my husband call for a slot agent . An agent came and he called someone to check on it .
Then an Indian lady I think wearing a blue shirt came over , and we told what happened .and then shes telling us that its sensored and the door open!! WHAT???!! Everything goes fine when we are spinning and then suddenly when it landed the major thats the time theres a problem ???!! The lady even told me everytime I touch the spin table it open up ??!!
For real ???! So she said thats nothing. No winning .And she opened the machine to check , and see almost $1m that money have been put there and its just sad that people come to entertain themselves and they just cheating people ! Im not contented I look or a manager.
Cant remember the name , tell the same thing , and hes saying if you are not happy you can write a complaint and we can proceed in a legal matter! Well thats how u tell everyone ! Coz you have a lot of money to go after that ??! My concern is , if its broken why not put out a sign OUT OF ORDER or just TURN IT OFF and REPAIR!!
Rather then you let people play and ripped every ones money and when someone hits the bonus thats the time it froze and making errors !! So that means its all rigged !!!

It just happened - no resolution. This had been an ongoing issue the past few years and is only getting worse
I approached him very politely asking for assistance. He rudely and extremely unprofessionally said he was busy.
No customer in front of him but doing God only knows what on the computer. (Probably playing solitaire for all I know) Then turns to me after I stood there for over 15 mins like an idiot waiting. The rude and unprofessional behavior continued. What do you need!?
He rudely exclaimed? And this is a so called supervisor mind you.
There are plenty of wonderful people that work there. Amazing people such as Michael Shin - a casino host, Michelle who works at the rewards desk, Tina and Amanda (cocktails hostesses) and many others. But this supervisor was something else.
What kind of example is he setting for his employees?
Its like the saying goes one bad apple ruins the entire batch - well there are a lot of bad apples there. From security, to the accounting department, to some cocktails girls, and most recently the yellow shirt people that attack you for smoking. What logical sense does it even make to allow smoking? People are still sitting closer than 6ft apart and exhaling their germs.
River rock casino for example is smoke free which makes perfect sense. They have an outside smoking section. Graton used to be a wonderful place but has drastically gone downhill the past few years. Its dirty, the staff are rude, the machines dont pay whatsoever, and we the guests are paying the salary of these bad apples.
Two years in a row now accounting messed up on my taxes. In 2019 I had to pay almost $1500 in penalties and interest for Gratons mistake. They didnt care the least bit. This place needs a lot of work and it needs its ASAP.
Luckily I have the most amazing casino host Michael Shin who is phenomenal. Words cannot express his dedication and integrity. Something needs to be done and soon. I honestly dont understand why people even still go there.
The floors are filthy, the staff for the most part is extremely rude and unprofessional, the accounting department is completely incompetent. I dont know what else to say. But this interaction with a so called supervisor tonight put me over the edge. It was the final nail in the coffin.
I may or may not return to graton but I will definitely be frequenting river rock more often moving forward after tonights experience. The rewards center supervisor Eric in my opinion has no business being a supervisor. There are plenty of others that are much more qualified than him and know how to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner.
Especially when we the patrons pay their salary. Graton has gone on a scale of 1-10 from a 9 to a 1 (even less)
Preferred solution: Overall improvement in staff, cleanliness, and at least let people win sometimes.

They are wanna be cops the Mexican Securities from girls to guys are the worst one of their names is Lanette they are all bullies SHUT DOWN GRATON CASINO I spent thousands of dollars there and they banned me literally for nothing they said I look like a gang member and the supervisors are super bad!!

I would like to be allowed back into the casino. I was asleep in the passenger seat of a vehicle that the driver also asleep had some paraphernalia out.
Then when security woke us up the driver took off. I had no control over these things. But I also no longer surround myself around people like this.
I have never had any other problems there. Please lift the ban.
